Spinal Decompression for Disc Issues & Sciatica Pain

Computer-guided decompression for disc and sciatica cases—starting with an evaluation and digital X-rays right in the clinic.

Back or neck pain related to disc irritation—bulge, herniation, or degeneration—can create constant pressure and inflammation that affects movement, sleep, and quality of life.

Spinal decompression is a computer-guided, non-surgical therapy designed to gently reduce pressure on disc and nerve structures and support a healthier environment for recovery. In the right cases, reducing mechanical stress can help improve comfort, mobility, and tolerance to daily activity over time.

At %%practice-name%% in %%city-state%%, %%dr-name%% begins with a focused evaluation and imaging review. We can take digital X-rays right in the clinic, or review your recent X-ray or MRI if you already have one. If you’re a candidate, you’ll receive a structured plan tailored to your condition—with progress checkpoints and adjustments based on how you respond.

If you want a clear plan and real answers—not guessing—start by scheduling your spinal decompression evaluation.

Feel defeated by failed treatments? Scheduling a visit can give you hope.

Reduce Disc & Nerve Pressure—Without Surgery

A structured, imaging-informed plan for disc bulges, herniations, degeneration, and sciatica—starting with an evaluation and in-clinic digital X-rays (or we can review your recent MRI/X-ray).

Disc and nerve irritation can become more stubborn over time—especially when pain is affecting sleep, sitting, driving, or walking comfortably. Spinal decompression is a computer-guided, non-surgical therapy designed to gently reduce pressure on disc and nerve structures and support a healthier environment for recovery.

In the right cases, lowering mechanical stress can help improve comfort, mobility, and tolerance to daily activity over time.

At {practice-name}, we start with a focused evaluation and imaging review. We can take digital X-rays right in the clinic, or review your recent X-ray or MRI.

If decompression is appropriate, we’ll build a structured plan tailored to your case—with clear checkpoints and adjustments based on your response.

Next step: Request an evaluation and complete the candidacy questionnaire to see if spinal decompression may be a fit.

Conditions we commonly see that may respond to decompression (in the right cases):

  • Disc bulges or herniations
  • Sciatica / radiating leg pain from the low back
  • Degenerative disc changes
  • Disc-related neck pain (cervical cases)
  • Radiculopathy (radiating arm/leg symptoms linked to nerve irritation)
  • Certain cases of spinal stenosis (after proper screening)
  • Persistent back pain that hasn’t improved with typical care

Spine Pain Center of Surfside is the best! The doctors, techs, and staff are all very kind and knowledgeable! My mom has been receiving "Knee On Track," knee decompression therapy. It has really helped with inflammation, mobility, and pain. She is able to walk and stand with less knee pain. I have been using the Vita Light Therapy Bed. The Summus Medical Laser Vita Light Therapy Bed is a full-body, non-invasive device using red/near-infrared wavelengths to reduce pain, inflammation, and improve cellular, skin, and muscle recovery. It has really helped with my osteoarthritis and inflammation in my joints specifically my knees and hips. I am so happy I found Spine Pain Center of Surfside. Highly recommend you give them a try! 😊

I highly recommend Spine Pain Center in Surfside Beach. I see the young, funny Dr. Brady and from my first visit and each visit since I like that he explains everything about my issues and also explains what he is doing when he adjusts me. I already feel better after just 12 visits and look forward to continuing to improve for my overall well-being! All of the staff have been friendly, personable and professional. Ms. Nancy will take good care of you when you use any of the different tables/machines before or after you get adjusted. I've also never had any issues scheduling any of my appointments with the front desk.

I have some serious issues with my back from an auto accident years ago. Since I live holistically, Regular chiropractic care is one of the keys to my self care and took some time for me to vet a few before I found this place. They have great natural supplements there which was immediately a nod of approval on my checklist and a pleasant surprise. Having gone for the promo/ intro visit I was beyond impressed!! The staff is beyond warm and friendly. Dr George did a comprehensive analysis including xrays ,fully evaluating & discussing my preexisting conditions and a comprehensive plan for helping/healing . I'm beyond impressed!!! In just 2 visits I feel a huge difference!! I highly recommend them.

Long story but if you have painful neuropathy, please read this! I had not felt my feet for years, except for the debilitating pain at night. I had given up golf and fishing because of my fear of falling. The more I read on the Internet, the more I realized that I could be looking at amputation. My wife saw that Spine Pain in Surfside was advertising a new treatment for neuropathy and I begrudgingly went to see them and they outlined a 7 week program (3x a week) of laser, compression, light and vibration treatments for me. Well, fast forward 10 weeks later and I have no pain, I now feel my feet and I have perfect circulation in my legs and feet. The entire staff is a cut above. MONEY WELL SPENT - LIFE CHANGING!

The treatment I have been receiving the past few weeks at the Spine Center is making a big difference in my daily life. Everything has been thoroughly explained to me by Dr Glenn and his staff regarding my X-rays, treatment plan and financial plans. The entire staff whom I have met are very friendly, professional and skillful in helping me with my lower back pain. I only wish that I had made an appointment sooner. I look forward to each and every visit and I feel much better after leaving. Thanks to everyone at the Spine Center!

I started going to the office due to severe pain from sciatica. I had been suffering with it for over six months with no relief. After about four visits, I felt a definite decrease in pain. I could sleep and moved better. I am now almost pain free and it is all because of the doctors at Spine Pain Center in Surfside Beach. I highly recommend them.
